BARRED FROM FURTHER ADVERTISING. Cincinnati, O., September 20, 1910. The Daily Racing Form, Chicago, 111. Gentlemen: . I have been shown a copy of your Racing rorm of today in which there appears an advertisement by Fgin, room 20, Atlas Dank Bldg., in reference to certain race-horse information. This advertisement is misleading, as no such party is connected here, this office being occupied by the undersigned for law office purposes, with the exception of Mr. O. C. Mund, who is a reputable! real estate broker. Yours respectfully, Joseph L. Meyer. The foregoing communication explains why Fagin is now barred from advertising further in Daily Racing Form. There was nothing objectionable in his advertised proposals, but giving a false address is inexcusable. 1
