EASTERN HORSES FOR TIJUANA RACING. - Baltimore, Md., October 6. If all those who have signified their intention of going to Tijuana this winter fulfill their promises to Luke Cassidy, who is attending to the interests of the Lower California track here for James W. Coffroth, some horses of good class and quite a few prominent riders will go there from the east. Among the riders who will go are John and Thomas McTaggart. M. Buxton. R. Troxler, J. McCahey, M. Rowan, F. Keogh and J. Butwell. The horsemen who have been listed are Frank Harold, with some horses from the Quincy Stable; J. W. Pangle, J. Arthur, C. Buxton, Steve Judge, W. O. Joplin. J. S. Ownbey, W. M. Sheody, Kimball Patterson, L. Becker, W. J. Speirs. reter Sheridan. D. J. Leary, C. W. Moore. It. F. Carman. W. P. Burch and C. W. Gasser. Many others will go from Canada and Kentucky.
