BROWN APPROVES THE ORDINANCE. H. D. Brown wired Daily Racing Form from New Orleans yesterday as follows: "City council submits satisfactory ordinance limiting racing to I forty-five days this winter, from- January 1 to i Mardi Gras. I approve it since the councils previous ordinance guarantees fair play and an equal division of dates to both tracks."
