MILADI ANNE, showing the most speed and running to her best form, moved into the lead at once and kept it, but just outstayed LIGHTFOOT in the final drive. LIGHT-FOOT raced forwardly from the start and made a game finish. SNOWDRIFT began slowly and had to stand a hard drive near the end. DAHLIA showed speed, but began tiring in the stretch.
