MORE F0REIGN-BREDS EXPECTED TODAY. Xew York, Xovember 9. The steamship Manchuria is expected to dock tomorrow. On board are about thirty-seven thoroughbreds, mostly yearlings, in charge of Tom Welch, and the property of Joseph E. Widener. There are also six yearlings on board belonging to John Sanford. The majority are out of American mares that were shipped to France. Willis S. Kilmer is building a track on his estate about twenty miles from Binghampton, and it will be used for trying out his horses. Mr. Kilmer may also give one or two days racing each year for invited guests, as did the late Gen. Stephen Sanford at Amsterdam. Tom Costigan has not yet decided where he will winter. It will be either at Xew Orleans or Ha- vana. Quite a number of those interested in turf affairs are leaving this city for Tijuana.
