INTERNATIONAL COURTESIES AT JUAREZ. El Paso, Texas, November 22. General Francisco Gonzales, commander of the Juarez garrison, has issued an invitation to Brigadier General George Bell, Jr., and staff to be his guests at the opening of the Juarez race meeting on Thanksgiving Day. If General Bell and his officers are permitted by the war department to accept the invitation. General Gonzales will meet them at the international bridge with an escort and a band. It will be made a gala occasion by the Carranza officers. The mutuel machines arrived from Churchill Downs today and are being installed. Three carloads of horses are enroute here from Kentucky and Maryland. Five carloads will leave Tijuana this week, according to telegrams received here. There will be approximately 000 horsjiit the track when the meeting opens. The members of the Chamber of Commerce will attend the races on the opening day in a body. This Avas decided upon at a meeting of the directors held today.
