Rosebens last start in a race was at seven-eighths at Sheepshead Bay July 1, 1909, in which he ran second to Nimbus in 1:20. Enquirer, Chicago, 111. . Bootles Baby did not appear in Wednesdays entries at Bowie, because she was burned to death in the Bowie fire Tuesday. B. G., Detroit, Mich. There were some omissions in the past performances at Tijuana because, at the time of publication, some three days racing had not been reported. You will find all the figures in order from November 21. G. B L., Chicago. Your criticism is out of line. Examine the chart of race 30309 again. Yon will find that 1:44 was the mile time of a mile and a sixteenth race run in 1:51, which was the correct and official time of Goodwood, the winner. You evidently need to be careful. Goodwoods time that day was about the average time of horses of his caliber.
