SOME GOOD RACING AT TIJUANA. Ann Tilly Wins Her Second Race in Two Days Kootonay First in the Feature Dash. Tijuana, Mex., December 21. Kootenay won the Grossemont Selling Handicap here today. Say-onarra, the runner up, came fast at the finish and, had she not come wide when entering the stretch, might have won. El Ma lid i, the favorite, tired under the weight, but lasted long enough to finish third. The two-year-old, King Dick, set a fast pace, but quit badly in the stretch. Ann Tilly won her second race in as many days, when she lead from start to finish in the third, with a comfortable winning margin at the end. Her owner had to stand a bid of to retain her, she being advanced to 800 after winning. Bingen ran right up to his recent work to win the opening sprint. He was bid up to 00 by E. F. Wright and sold. President Coffroth has planned several attractive features for the holidays and several excursions am on the way here. Izzy Ham, of New York, was an arrival today. He immediately took his place on the block. Jockey Stevens received a bad fall in the third race, when Sultana lolted and unseated him. His injuries are not serious.
