MISSOURIS RACING BILL MOVES ON. Jefferson City. Mo.. March S.— The Casey-Taylor bill to authorize a limited racing meeting in Kan-sis city an 1 St. lands each spring and fall was engrossed by the House Tuesday, with little opposition. The bill, which is sponsored by Representative John II. Taylor and Senator Mirk* 1 Casey, both of Kansas City, is expected to pass the Senate.
