SAN DIEGOS APPB0VAL OF RACING. San Diego. C.-il.. April 4. — San Diego showed its approval of the sport of racing yesterday w4ien it voted against an anti-race truck ordinance, which would have prevented the publishing of entries, form charts and other racing news. It was the first chance San Diego had to publicly declare itself toward racing and president Coff-roth is elated with the signal victory. Strangely enough a minister was elected to the city council.
