HAVANA TRACE FINANCES GOOD. Baltimore. Md.. April 4. — Roy H. Neely of Havana, an official of the Havana Electric Company, was elected a director of the Cuba-American Jockey Club at its annual meeting here yesterday. A dividend of nine i»er cent was declared. General manager H. I. Brown stated that between now and next winte-r a large amount will Ik- expended in improvements and that the purses and stakes for the next meeting will be considerably increased.
