BEVERWYCK STABLE HORSES AT LEXINGTON. Fizer Works a Good Mile — Buford and Auriga Show Speed in a Three -Quarters Dash. Lexington, Ky., April 20. — Charles II. Hughes, up with the robins, was back in harness as traim r at the Kentucky Association course this morning, trainer George Ziegler having remained at Churchill Downs. General Manager Hughes is giving his personal supervision to the preparation of the division of Prank J. Nolans Beverwyck Stable, here for the forthcoming spring nicotine. Jockey W. Doyle, who is under eacageaseat to Nolnn. was also here. The local division of the stable is made up of Top o the Wave, candidate for the Kentucky Derby, Which will be seen in action here in the Ben Ali Handicap ami Derby trial. Alone at Last, candidate for the Ashland Oaks. Lady Longfellow and Bager Kate, candidates for the Ilinata Stakes. Fizer. candidate for the Ben Ali Handicap, Half and Half. Alberta True, All Aglow and Sixteen to On.-. Fizer worked a mile in 1:43. the first three-quarters in 1:17; Eager Kate a half in 40; Top a* the Wave, three-quarters in 1:18%; Alberta True, three-quarters in 1:20; Half and Half and All Aglow a half in 51. Gallahor Bros, moved several of their charges along this morning at a lively lick. Nobleir.au and Vogue dispayed three-quarters in 1:14%; Sleeper in 1:15; Trapping in 1:10-.,: Bourbon Lass in 1:K.::,; Howdy Howdy a mile in 1:43. T. P. Hayes sent I.uford and Auriga three-quarters in 1:14%, both pulling up in splendid condition. Tom Jr. and Irregular, in the same stable, worked three -qua iters in 1:15;.. Senator J. N.
