FLOCKING FOR NEXT SATURDAYS RACING. Harry Kelly, Cudgel, Omar Khayyam and Many Owners and Jockeys Arrive at Lexington. Lexington. Ky.. April 24.- Three carloads of hata s arrived at the Kentucky Association track at sa hi for the ran meeting which is to open next Saturday. They cause from Louisville. In the shipment were the following belonging to John W. Bcborr: Harry Kelly. Cudgel. Penrod. Putter-scotch II., all eandidat-s for the Kentucky Derby and the first named three eligible for the Camden and Ken AH Handicaps. John W. Klein, also eligible to these two races. Grsltfata II.. candidate for th- Ashland Oaks. Frank Coleman. Marie Miller, Ames T. Clark. Cathedral. Frank Purke. tJeorgi.-i Kelly and Lima Schorr. Mr. Schorr and jockey T. Judy came ov-r from Louisville in an automobile. Charles T. Patterson sent over, by the stable foreman. Johnson and Billings Kentucky Derby candidate Omar Khayyam. This horse was accompanied by his panty companion. Trainer Patterson will be here to saddle the son of Marco in a race or two during the meeting. W. J. Young bn tight the Kentucky Derby candidates Midway anil Trevisco, the Ashland Oaks candidate Rosewood and the good mare Water Witch, candidate for the Camden Handicap. Howard Dots had four head, including the Derby candidates Atwell and Raider formerly Van in one of the cars. Jockey Frank Murphy, who is to ride for John W. Schorr, came in this morning. William Dundas, who has branched out as a manager of pari-mutuels and is under engagement for several of the trotting meetings, was among the arrivals today. Roger Sullivan, the racing auditor, came in this morning and is on the job with Racing Secretary W. II. Shelley. John Huffman arrived from Louisville with Mary II. Julius Reiser, who assists In the office at the Kentucky meetings, arrived from New Orleans. Jockey J. Dominick and George Borkel came in from Hot Springs. Gene Klrod will be here tomorrow to arrange his stock of pari-mutuel tickets and perform other duties preliminary to the opening of the meeting.
