o ■ — — " I CHANGE IN TIME RECORDS. I In the issue of Daily Racing Form of ; April 28 and thereafter, the time records | in the entries under the heading "rec", | will be modernized. As at present pub- i lished, these records cover the term from , January 1, 1911. This term was too wide , to be sharply applicable to present performance. The records were frequently j deceptive on account of age, often show-I ing speed of four or five years ago. In I consequence the figures have been I amended and from April 28 all the time I records from 1911 to 1915 have been j thrown out. The new time records will j be those made since January 1. 1916.
