Ont., April 27. — Numerous inquiries have been received in Toronto from Tijuana. lames, ■h Havana and New Orh-ans, lagaidiag the racing on W the fanadian lialf-mile tracks of two-year-olds, arhftSl have already raced at the tracks named, contrary to the joint rule of the Canadian Racing Associations. Kentucky Racing Commission and the .ockey Club of New York. So far as Toronto is concerned, A. M. Ornen of the Dufferin Park and Hillcrest tracks stated today that those horses -will not be allowed to race here and that the rule laid dowu by the governing bodies will be rigidly observed in Toronto. Horsemen have been notified to this effect by the local racing half-mile clubs.
