Whitlows speedy Dick Finnclls colt Westy liogan is iu prime condition for his race iu the inaugural dash at the Kentucky Association course tomorrow afternoon. Westy liogans remarkable speed showed itself yesterday when the colt worked three-quarters in 1:13, the fractional time revealing terrific speed, the quarter being run in 28%, three-eighths in 34%, half iu 47%, five-eighths in 1:00%. Other good work at three-quarters included Protection. 1:10%: Flying Tom. 1:1S%, Iseful. 1:19; Kagle, 1:15: Heathermoon, 1:17: Thus. R.
