A place parlay on three horses, two of which run first or second, while the other fails to do so, but has no place price against it, wins on the two and is void on the horse against which there is no place price. The moving of the race from sixth to second place on the days program at Fort Erie July- 4, had no effect It was the same race, same horses and results were the same as if it had been run as the sixth race of the day.
