MASTER OF TIJUANA VISITS CHICAGO. James W. Coitroth, president of the Lower California Jockey Club, and general manager of the Tijuana race track, accompanied by the California turf writer Leon Wing, stopped over in Chicago Sunday and Monday. They leave for Saratoga today to observe racing ways at that high-class course. Mr. Coffroth will remain in the enst long enough to interest horsemen in the big winter meeting of 1917-1S at Tijuana and, probably, long enough to witness racing methods in Maryland and Kentucky. He will again visit Chicago prior to, his return home.
