WILL REBUILD BELMONT PARK STAND l The Belmont Park grandstand has not been re- novated since the fire, but it will be before the racing season begins next year. All the old junk is still lying around awaiting a purchaser. When renovated, there will not be many changes from the old edifice, as it could hardly be improved upon. The only improvements anticipated are in the inner structure, and which will give more accommodations in the way of restaurant space and elaborate auto rooms.
