KENTUCKY RACING COMMISSION MEETS Lexington, Ky., September 12. The Kentucky State Racing Commission, witii the chairman, Thomas Hurt Talbot, presiding, and Gen. W. B. Httldeman and Judge Allie W. Young also present, met here today as per adjournment on July 4, at Latonia. President Harvey Meyers and General Manager John Hachmeister of the Latonia Jockey Club, were also at the meeting. No action was taken on pending rules. Tom Brown, who was ruled off at Louisville in the spring of 191C in connection with alleged attempt to corrupt jockeys riding at Douglas Park, wus reinstated. The commission voted that in the future the sale of parf-mutuel tickets cease with the dropping of the barrier. The following licenses were granted: Trainers D. S. Fountain, H. R. Brandt, A. L. Austin, R. S. Darling, C. E. Brown, W. F. Taylor, J. C. Kirk-patrick, J. M. Stowe, F. Smith, L. J. Kuss, J. J. Qulnlnn, W. E. Scott, G. V. Barnes and J. G. Arviii. Jockeys R. Harrington, F. Merimee, J. Dreyer, J. Adams. Apprentices C. Rogers, W. Beardshall, H". J. Burke.
