AILEEN O. was always a forward contender and, holding on gamely in the last eighth, outstayed WOOD VIOLET in the Html drive. The latter raced into the lead, but tired in the closing strides. LADY EILEEN began slowly, but gradually improved her position and easily disposed of the others in the last eighth. HIGH VALE ran well. PORTIA quit. QUEEN MARGOT had no mishaps. Won easily; second and third driving. STARGAZER followed the leader closely in the early running, then responded gamely in the last eighth to punishment and drew clear near tlie end. CHICLET set the pace and showed excellent speed, but tired in the final drive. CAPRA was a close up contender all the way, finished gamely and appears to have rounded into her best form. METEORITE moved up menacingly on the last turn, but tired in tlie last eighth and probably was short.. RUNES was always outpaced. Scratched 3526sDaddys Choice, 100; 352G4 Manlster Toi, 100. SLEEPY SAM was always a forward contender, but tired In tlie last eighth. INTRIGU.ER ran well and his rider was of little assistance to him. LADY LITTLE acted badly while going to the post and ran poorly.
