RIVERDALE WILL BE DESTROYED b Rivcrdale, owned by the late S. L. Parsons, will not go under the hammer on December 14. Schuyler j.. Parsons, Jr., son of the deceased turfman, has announced that Kiverdale will be destroyed before he returns to France to take tip Red Cross work. The -thoroughbred has long suffered from a bad hoof, and Mr. Parsons believes it better to end his sufferings rather than allow him to change hands, where he wight be forced to undergo training agalu.
