ENGLISH BROODMARE ARRIVES SAFELY New York. December IS. The six-year-old broodmare Coronis, with weanling at side, arrived here yesterday from Europe. She is the property of the Lewlsohn estate and, when offered for sale un- seen at Durlands last Friday, only a small bid was offered, not nearly reaching the reserve of 5,000. Both the mare and her weanling survived the journey in good condition. Coronis is by Voter -Court Dress, and the weanling by Greenback. .Both are for sale.
