CRESSON drew sway into a long lead after entering the homestretch and was under restraint at the finish. GREEN MINT was fractious at the post and left the harrier slowly, hut finished fast and gamely. FRIZEUR tired badlv in the last eighth after racing in closest pursuit from the start. PANDEAN was waited with until in the last quarter before making his move, then responded with a rush when called on and won easing up. LITTLE HORN easily passed PORIN in the last sixteenth. The latter fenced well and was a close contender to the last .lump. CLOOTZ. probably best, made the running to the last quarter and tired. FIRST OCT fell over SEA COAST II. when the latter fell at the third fence. TURMOIL stumbled at the first and went to his knees, then took the next fence without a bridle and was pulled up.
