Sonic plan of organization by which the merchants and .ither business interests can operate the fair as an inde|ieudeut organization from the Husi-n ss Mens Uacing Assooiat ion. as suggested by the latter, is expected to Ik- decided by this committee. The Business Mens Uacing Association, after shouldering a loss „f s7s.KWI in operating the fair for two year-, has oftered to give tlie use of the Fair Grounds and buildings without cost, and also to donate the services of I. B. IJeiinysoii, superintendent of the association, who managed the previous uf fairs.
