OWNER COCHRAN RETURNS FROM WAR NEW YORK, N. Y., January 6. Lieutenant Gif-ford A. Cochran, Who lias been with the Red Cross since the early stages of the war, will arrive home January 20. He was attached to the Italian army, and has been recommended for high honors by the Italian general of the Bersaglieri for bravery.
