ENGLISH RACING RESUMPTION Flat Racing Dates as Before the War, with Classic Races at Their Home Tracks. In England racing is to be resumed on the lines customary before the war. The Lincoln meeting of three days, with the Lincolnshire Handicap as its star feature, begins March 24. Liveriool follows March 27, 2S and 29 with the Grand Xational Steeplechase its great attraction. The Epsom spring meeting comes April 29 and 30, and brings the City and Suburban and Great Metropolitan Handicaps back to life. The Epsom summer meeting begins July 3, and restores the running of the Derby and Oaks to their true owners. Ascot opens June 17 with its wealth of great stake races, run in the course of its traditional four days. The Doncaster fall meeting witli its St. Leger restored to its rightful place is set to begin September 9. Meetings at Kempton Park, Hurst Park, Sandown Park, Manchester. Birmingham and other racing iwints are given dates. Newmarket will have its pre-war dates, and altogether a good time appears to be in store for English patrons of the turf.
