LOFT CUBAN STABLE IN GOOD HEALTH HAVANA, Cuba, January 0. Max Hirscli, racing manager for George W. Loft of New York, has sent word that he will arrive within a day or two. Since the death of W. F. Martin, who brought the Ijft horses here to race, they have been in the care of. Earl Linneli. Under instructions from trainer Hlrsch, no attempt has been made to race any of them pending his arrival. When the horses arrived here they plainly showed I lie effects of the strenuous campaign to which they had been subjected in Maryland, and the rest which they" have been enjoying has benefited tliem greatly iu appearance and otherwise.
