JUAREZ TRACK MAY REOPEN IN MARCH From Louisville. Ky., came word to the effect that Col. Matt Winn, manager of Chun-hill Downs and the Juarez race tracks, on his arrival there Monday from the east, announced that lie leoks for a resumption of racing at Juarez early in March. He expects all difficulties in connection with the Mexican track to be cleared away by that time.
