JOCKEY CLUB MEETING TOMORROW XEW YORK. X. Y., January 7. Richard T. Wilson, president of the Saratoga Racing Association, has arrived here to attend the annual meeting of the Jockey Club, to be held Thursday. On the same day the annnal meeting of the Saratoga Racing Association will also lie held. The Jockey Club meeting is expected to be the most important held by the turfs governing body In some time, several changes in rules and other weighty matters coming up for consideration.
