HOW THE NEWS IS TANGLED UP Here is the mess made by an English raving publication of the cabled news about the proposed sale of the Kentucky race tracks: "It is reported from New York that four of the Kentucky race tracks have been sold to a syndicate by Johnson N. Camden, the owner of the Harland Stud, for seven million dollars. If the deal is approved by the State Racing Association it means the abandonment of the historical Illdowns race course and the running of the famous Kentucky and other classic races over the Douglas Ware course."
