SARATOGA HEALTHY WINTER GROUND NEW YORK, N. Y., January 30. Saratoga Springs is becoming a popular winter ground for horses. Billy Myer says the climate is good for man or beast and, in appearance, the horses wintering there prove the assertion. Dp to this time there lias been but two slight snow flurries. It is reported the United States notel at Saratoga will lie managed by Fred Sterry next season, with n prominent meat packing concern as majority stockholder.
