CANADIAN RACING ASSOCIATIONS MEET TOROXTO, Out., August 23. A meeting of Canadian Racing Associations was held here yesterday, at which a resolution of condolence with the family of the late J. E. Seagram was passed. Some business was transacted, but nothing was made public, except to reaffirm the decision of the Canadian Racing Associations not to hold any race meetings this year. Among those at the meeting were Sir Moutague Allen, Montreal; H. II. Mclntyre, Hamilton; John II. Madigin, Fort Erie, and secretary W. P. Fraser of Toronto.
