TWO-YEAR-OLDS IN NICHOLS STABLE LEXINGTON, Ky., August 23. John H. Nichols is getting ready for the fall races three two-year-old fillies. They are Clintonville, Conterville and Dace. The first named two arc daughters of Transvaal and are the property of Kinney Nichols. Clintonville is a two-time winner, dam of which is Maid Militant. Centervilles dam is Miss Metcalfe, and has not won. Dace has never been to the post. She is the property of Miss Elizabeth Dainger-field, and is by Assagai Hawksflight, by Hawks-wick. Nichols also has in his string the yearling colt by Wrack Resignation, the property of S. K. Hughes. 1 : :
