VEXATIOUS MAY START IN LAT0NIA CUP SARATOGA SPRINGS, X. Y., August 28. James Rowe will ship the Harry Payne Whitney aggregation he has in charge here to Belmont Park next , Saturday. The splendid three-year-old filly Vexatious, which triumphed over Milkmaid in the Delaware Handicap, is intended to be a starter in the Lawrence Realization and her showing in that race will determine the truiner with regards to shipping her to Kentucky to engage in the rich Latonia Cup and other fixtures there to which she is eligible.
