LARGER GRANDSTAND FOR SARATOGA SARATOGA SPRINGS, X. Y., August 2S. The congestion on big days here during this season has brought forcibly to tho attention of the Saratoga track manngemeut that extensions and more adequate accommodations for the constantly increasing patronage is a necessity. Already architects and builders are being consulted with a view to enlarging the grandstand and next year will find this already spacious plant increased iu size to come i up with uecilcU requirements.
