In parlays there must be action on all the horses mimed until one loses or all have won or beea scratched. G. F. It., St. Louis, Mo., and others elsewhere. AVugers oh the Hal P. Headley entry in race 44437, without any conditions, won. AVagers on that entry with the stipulation "Accelerate to go" were draws, the effect of the stipulation being that if Accelerate did not run as a member of the entry it was no bet. Accelerate had been sold prior to th race.
