BELIEVES TIJUANA TRACK WILL OPEN LAUREL, Md., October 24.James AV. Coffroth. of the Tijuana race track, is here and informed horsemen that there would be racing at Tijuana during the coming winter. Coffroth cannot say when the Tijuana meeting will begin, or how long it will last. He does not know himself, but declares there will be racing at Tijuana and that it will be on a liili plane. Coffroth considers the passport relief granted already sufficient for the purpose of the Lower California Jockey Club and he expects in a few clays to be able to publish the dates for the Tijuana race meeting of 1919-20 and announce his stakes and purses.
