OFFICIALS FOR THE BOWIE MEETING The officials of the Bowie meeting will be William P. Spurgeon, Carter Hall and E. C. Smith, stewards; Joseph A. Murphy, John Howard Anderson and George Miller, judges of the finish; Joseph McLennan, clerk of the course; Harry N. Price, clerk of the-scales; Ernest Hall, patrol judge, and Edward Tribe, starter. Mr. Tribe, who has been a starter for years on the far western circuit, has had two or three years at the Bowie track and he bus dona 1 exceptionally well.
