DEVONSHIRE TRACK CASE UP TODAY WINDSOR Out July 13 In the Police Court here on Thursday before Magistrate Mitrs the action of the AttorneyGeneral against the West ¬ ern ISacing Association owners of the Devonshire track will be called and the government will at ¬ tempt to show that the racing association by hold ¬ ing a race meeting here last week wu guilty cf maintaining a common betting house houseThey They let us pay them seventyfive hundred dollars a day for the privilege of holding our meet ¬ ing and now after it is all over and they have our money in their pockets the government dis ¬ covers the meeting was illeinl and they want to put us in jail for it siid one of the Devonshire officers this afternoon The formal complaint filed against tin association by Superintendent Rogers of the Ontario police charges three separate breaches of the criminal code
