NATHANS0N SECRETARY AT HAVRE BALTIMORE, Md., August 12. Edward Burke, general manager of the Hartford Agricultural and Breeders Association, lias announced that Martin Nathanson will succeed Joseph McLennan as racing secretary at Havre de Grace next fall. Mr. McLennan duties with the Canadian Racing Associations will force him to remain in Canada until the middle of October. The racing at Havre de Grace will begin September 11 and continue to the end of that month.
