NOT SATISFIED WITH CLAIMING RULE! TORONTO, Ontario, August 12. It is likely that the claiming rule now in force on the Canadian circuit may be slightly changed next year. This year only a horseman Having a horse in the race can claim smother horse? out of that race, and the horse claimed must remain with that owner, unless claimed, for thirty days. Next year a horseman may be given an opportunity to claim a horse out of any race that he sees fit and will not be required to have a horse of his own in the same race. Then it is also planned to make it sixty days, instead of thirty days, that the claimed horse must remain J the property of the party .securing the animal, unless he is in turn claimed.
