SEEK TO BAR VANDERBILT HORSES Word from Paris conveys the information that official objection to the horses of the late William K. Vnnderbilt running in tho Deauville races under the colors of J. Rutgers Leroy, as head of the association composed of Mr. Yanderbilts heirs, has been filed with the Deauville stewards by Cnpt. Jefferson Davis Cohn, the English race horse owner. His protest was based on the fact that Mr. Yanderbilts will has not yet been cpened and that, therefore, the racing association formed by Mrs. Vandcr-bilt and her sons and daughter to race the Vander-bilt horses in France is not legal. Racing enthusiasts in Paris intimate that Capt. Cohn would benefit materially if the Vnnderbilt stable were barred from the Deauville track, since his horses were beaten there last week by the Vnnderbilt racers.
