WELL BRED HORSE PRINCEPS IS DEAD SARATOGA, X. Y., August 20. The highly regarded and well bred Princeps, brother to Strom-boll, by Fair Play St. Priscilla, which had been acquired last spring by H. !. Bedwell, acting for J. K. L. Ross, died of inflammation Wednesday. The horse was ultimately intended for breeding purposes and was to have been retired to the Ross stock farm, near Laurel, Maryland.
