Miller, trainer of Enos. winner of the third race at Duffcrin Park Saturday, was kicked by Curious when he unsaddled his horse. His leg was. fractured. Recently in Ireland father and son rode winners on the same day. Harry Beasley, the father, is j OS years old and rode the winner of the Grand I National in 1871. i Two yearlings by the late Mr. Vanderbilts Sea Sick were sold at the Cheri Establishment, Deau-ville, recently for good prices, Polly, f, dam Polly Penchum, being purchased by M. Krumm for ,200, and Giraldien, c, dam La Oiraldita. which was knocked down to M. Filippi for 2,800.
