! AQUEDUCT RACING ATTRACTS Sennings Park Now in Good Form and Shows It in a Fast Race. NEW YORK, N. Y., September 27. Withdrawals reduced the Handspring Handicap, feature of the racing at Aqueduct today, to a" half dozen starters, with Sennings Park ruling choice. Sennings Pari: showed rare form, taking the lead quickly and winning all the way, with Pilgrim second and War Mask third. Sennings Park was heavily backed and ran the mile of the race in fast time. The Glen Cove Selling Stakes brought out only three to face the starter iu Ralco, Vice-Cliairman and Round Robin. That was the order of the finish. Ralco followed the lead of Vice-Chairman until fifty yards out, when lie came on witli a rush to win by a length and a half. Ralco was bid up to ,000 by L. W. Garth, but his owner, T. O. Webber, with a bid of the customary additional five dollars, retained him. The Lamb, second choice with a strong following, was the leader all the way in the Tenny Handicap, at one mile and a sixteenth. The LTncle gelding also repented his good performance in Ills lust race, when lie easily beat Shillelagh II. The Lamb, however, met better opponents today, but he showed to be a topnotcli plater. Sundial II. followed The Lamb and Genie W. attempted to challenge when the latter quit, but the winner came away again in the last fifty yards. Suunyhind was third, a length away from Sundial II. Armistice, overlooked by the talent, repeated , his winning performance of a few days ago in the second race. Closely following the early leaders, Dloscorlde and Marion Hollins, Armistice drew out . iu the last eighth to win by a length and a half from Paddy Dear, witli Aiirnm third. Paddy Dear was a receding favorite, with Marion Hollins the heavily backed second choice. The latter was too much used following Dioscoride and had nothing left when called on in the stretch drive. The opening dash, for two-year-old .fillies over the three-quarters of a mile course, proved easy for G. A. Cochrans Bauksia, which, getting off in her stride, led all the way and won by six lengths. Banksia was not neglected by her stable counncctious and at an opening of five to one was backed to eighteen to five at the close of operations. Joan Marie, the winners closest at- tendaht all the way, finished four lengths in nd-i vance of Maidens Ballet, the favorite. Honey Girl showed a flash of early speed, but tired iu the stretch drive. Armistice was claimed out of the second race for ,505 by Frank Herold.
