i EMBROIDERYS FIRST IS A COLT; MRS. VIAU HAS PROMISING MATERIAL NEW YORK, N. Y., November 10. The three yearlings which S. A. McNaughton purchased during the summer will probably be turned over to Mrs. AVilfrcd A. Via", for whom he trains. Mr. McNaughton was under the impression that Mrs. Viau was to retire from nctiye participation in the sport, which accounted for his purchasing these three colts, and now that she has decided to race a stable next year he feels as though she should, have the benef it of his selections. The colts are by Ormoudale, Ballot and Celt. Mrs. Viau has two yearlings, cne by Cock o the Walk Prudery and another by Celt Aldean, the dam of Krcwer. Thirteen of the fifteen mares which were purchased by the late Mr. Viau have foaled, eight of them colts and five of them fillies. They are all by Celt and arc the last of the get of this great sire. The mares which cost Mr. Viau an enormous sum have been bred back to Omar Khayyam. Embroidery, another mavo which was purchased last year, has a "weanling colt by Broomstick at her side,
