CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF Mrs. Nellie I. Fessenden, 49 years of age, wife of Walter C. Fessenden, a veteran in turf and baseball circles, died Saturday at her home in New York and was burled Tuesday. A good judge of horses writes from Kentucky that he considers Brother Batch a really good colt, likely to develop into a fine three-year-old, and that Rangoon, a big one, only needs time to develop into a good race horse.
