NO AUTUMN MEETING AT QUEBEC CITY There will be no autumn meeting at Quebec City at least not until the track is rebuilt. Sup:. F. S. Dunn of the provincial license department has condemned the track as being unfit for thoroughbred racing, owing to the sharp turns. His decision followed the numerous accidents which occurred during the recent racing there. Incidentally, the meeting was a financial success. The purses were cut to 00 and 00 during the last two days,
