OPERATION ON GOOD COLT ON WATCH NEW YORK, N.VY., July 5. Dr. McCullys famous method of curing thick-windedness among thoroughbreds is to have another trial in an instance that will be watched with Tuore than ordinary interest. He lias operated upon G. W. Lofts good handicapper On Watch. The ffpod son of Colin Rubia Granda gave evidence of developing into a roarer following his victory in the Paumonok Handicap and afterward. Trainer Max Hirsch decided to call upon the veterinarian. Diagnosis showed that On Watchs wind had been affected, the operation wiis performed and the colt is progressing in a manner to indicate cure.
